This Health Insurance Renewals season, we made some updates to the employer and employee experience:
It can be overwhelming—and time-consuming—to weigh all your plan options and understand the key differences.
Now, eligible customers can easily compare their Open Market and Large Group plans side-by-side. This unified view displays plan details, monthly premiums by enrollment tier, and cost per employee. It also surfaces info based on current enrollments and the equivalent Large Group and Open Market plans for the upcoming year.
This comparison feature is not only a first at Justworks but also a first in the market — helping eligible admins choose the best plans for their team.
Admins can now edit their contribution schemes without resetting their entire plan selection. And they can make these adjustments until Open Enrollment begins, offering more flexibility and control.
Historically, employees with disabled dependents 26 and older needed to reach out to Justworks to maintain coverage. With this update, families can now directly add their approved dependents during Open Enrollment, saving time and reducing the need to contact Customer Support.
