A Look at our Progress
At Justworks, we are working every day to build a diverse and inclusive company. We are leading the industry by transparently holding ourselves accountable for our representation and culture of inclusion by sharing our progress. Starting in 2022, we'll be reporting on our DEIB statistics on an ongoing basis. We know we can always do more to advance DEIB, but we are also proud of the company we are building, one great Justworker at a time.
