It helps with consolidated feedbacks, rating and comments for different interviewers. My use case is mostly to use it to recruit engineers on my team and sometimes to refer candidates to open positions in my company. It is easy to use, easy to collaborate.

What I appreciate most about Greenhouse, the ATS, is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive functionality.

The intuitive dashboard provides a quick overview of the recruitment pipeline, making it simple to track candidates from application to onboarding.

I also find the customer support provided by Greenhouse to be exceptional. The team's responsiveness is truly impressive; they are super quick in addressing any queries or concerns I may have.

Greenhouse is all around the best ATS I've used as a talent acquisition professional. Its user experience is intuitive and easy to navigate, its reporting capabilities are wide-ranged and easy to organize, and being able to manage and ensure a high caliber candidate experience is of the utmost importance.
