We’ve just launched two great new features that make it even easier for you to pay your employees and contractors. We’ve added hourly payment capability, and the ability to schedule payments for tips to the Justworks platform. These are two more options to help you pay your employees and contractors, giving you even more payment flexibility to fit your business.
Pay your hourly employees with the ease in which you've been paying your salaried employees. On Basic and Premier Justworks accounts, you can now schedule payments for hourly part-time and full-time employees. Change current employees to be paid on an hourly basis, and add new employees with an hourly pay structure as well.
Specify multiple rates per employee, like Overtime and Double Time. If you have multiple pay rates for an employee, you can change the base rate and the Overtimes and Double Time rates will automatically re-calculate.
Many people work in industries where they receive tips. If your business accepts credit card tips, we’ve got you covered. You can now add tips to employee’s paychecks, in addition to their regular hourly or full time salary. On the screen you’d normally go to schedule a payment, there’s now a new option: Type > Paycheck Tips.
